BorderLines Pavement Maintenance started in 1996 with a husband and wife team. Mike and Amanda Ryan entered the pavement maintenance industry that year as one of the first owners of a local franchised sealcoating company. The work was hard and the days were long. But the business blossomed quickly.

What set the Ryans apart was a reputation they earned one driveway and one parking lot at a time. Customers found them trustworthy. The pavement services they delivered held up. As the business grew, Mike and Amanda decided to expand on their own terms and founded BorderLines Pavement Maintenance.

That expansion opened the door to a wider selection of asphalt services, backed by premium products and proven application techniques. The goal has not changed since: to be the superior choice for Minnesota homeowners, business owners and property managers. For nearly 30 years, BorderLines has provided commercial and residential asphalt maintenance across the Twin Cities, and our success still comes from building long-lasting relationships through sound advice and superior services at competitive prices.
